TODO still lives in the guidance assemble_leg area"

Kevin Kreiser ca55521c87 change phantom node to store an appx speed regardless of direction. use this speed to estimate an accel/decel penalty and scale the penalty based on the distance traveled up to a cutoff. only used in the table plugin at the moment. Patrick Niklaus 44739f2dc3 Allow users to specify a class for each way 
This adds the ability to mark ways with a user-defined
class in the profile. This class information will be included
in the response as property of the RouteStep object.
