03deda313a Restructured concurrent FIFO queue to use a circular buffer. Thx to the 
guys from last week for asking about such a thing.

7983063d05 Reimplemented ConcurrentQueue with a circular buffer from boost library. 
Gives about 10% faster raw parsing performance.
