Use user-provided osmium: 🧵 :Pool instance
...
Advantages:
* Allows to use Pool configured with user-preferred number of threads.
* If libosmium used in a shared library, this helps to prevent potential
deadlock during Pool shutdown at (after) shared library unloading.
