Christophe Monniez 362cef5db1 [ADD] odoo: tests images for 10.0, 11.0 and 12.0

Those test images are intended to be used with the runbot module.
They don't contain Odoo, it's up to the user to install odoo in the
running container before usage.

They contains the minimal requirements to run Odoo tests:
  * python2 or python3
  * virtualenv
  * a virtualenv environment provisionned with Odoo requirements.txt
  * a working version of wkhtml
  * either phantomjs or chrome-headless
