Handle generic types in proto message name generation
Publish NuGets / build (release) Successful in 39s

Generic types like Translation<T> now produce qualified message names
(e.g. TranslationOfFaqTranslationQueryItem) to avoid duplicate message
definitions in generated .proto files.
