6e138bbf54 fixes data structure tests: 
- MapStorage: fix returned index in peek_index() on fail
- UnorderedMapStorage: fix returned index in peek_index() on fail
- BinaryHeap: auto-deduce Index type
- ArrayStorage: replace raw array with std::vector
